Hazelnut Flavored Yam & Pearl Barley Cereal

GINO Yam & Pearl Barley Cereal is rich in nutrients and offers many health benefits. Chinese pearl barley, known as Job’s tears, is good for invigorating the spleen, relieving dampness obstruction, and eliminating phlegm. Chinese yam is beneficial for weight loss, preventing atherosclerosis, and managing diabetes. You can prepare it to be as thick or as watery as you like, and it can be enjoyed as a beverage.
Ingredients:
Pearl barley, non-dairy creamer (plant-based/lactose-free), sugar, yam, natural hazelnut flavor.
Warning: This product contains milk and hazelnut.
Brewing Instructions:
Hot:
Pour the sachet of health drink into a mug, add 200cc of hot water, and stir well.
Cold:
Pour the sachet of health drink into a glass, add 60cc of warm water, and stir well to dissolve, then mix in another 140cc of cold water or ice.
The amount of water, milk, or soy milk can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
